HVAC Technical Support Specialist

Salary: $45,760 - 58,240 per year Requirements:

• We require at least two years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems in both RV and marine applications.
• We need the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and HVAC sequences of operation.
• We expect proven experience with electrical wiring, particularly HVAC compressors and RV systems.
• We prefer prior experience in a customer support environment.
• We look for strong customer service capabilities and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and support processes is an advantage.

• We will rely on you to serve as the main point of contact for customers and deliver technical support for our marine and RV HVAC products.
• You will assist customers with troubleshooting while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.
• You will build a strong working knowledge of our products so you can respond to technical questions effectively.
• You will provide clear, accurate, and complete information using our established systems and tools.
• You will carefully record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• You will share useful feedback with management to help improve our products and documentation.
