IT Help Desk Technician

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a technical support capacity. The successful candidate will provide essential assistance to our users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for hardware and software issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, and in-person.Assist users with software applications and network connectivity.Document issues and resolutions in the IT support ticketing system.Collaborate with IT team members to enhance system performance.RequirementsProven experience in a technical support role or similar.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Knowledge of networking principles and IT security practices.Nice to haveRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
