Benefits Implementation Specialist

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist to facilitate and implement the setup and support of new client benefits across customer service, account management, and QA. You will act as an internal resource for maintaining integrity of benefit designs. You will document and manage benefit designs, assist with changes, and coordinate with external partners to resolve issues.
