24 Hour Fitness is seeking a full-time Head Coach in Downey, CA. In this role, you will enhance the fitness experience by developing comprehensive fitness programs and training new coaches. You will devote 60% of your time to personal training and 40% to onboarding and mentoring. A strong background in personal training and excellent communication skills are essential. You will also assist the General Manager in hiring, support client acquisition, and uphold the club's service standards.
