Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Hybrid/Remote – Egypt, 12-Month FTC) Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract, Egypt Start: To be Confirmed (Pipeline Opportunity) Organisation: Leading global life sciences company (via Kelly FSP) About the Role Kelly is pipelining talent for an evergreen Regulatory Affairs role in pharma. This is a pipeline opportunity for proactive candidates interested in joining a global leader in the life sciences industry. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will provide critical support for regulatory operations, data management, and compliance activities within a collaborative, international environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain regulatory data and documentation across multiple global markets. Key Responsibilities Maintain, validate, and report regulatory information in RIM systems and related databases. Coordinate and monitor regulatory activities and submissions in international markets. Support reporting and analysis for business decision-making. Review, process, and ensure accuracy of regulatory data and systems. Execute procedures according to SOPs and support audit readiness. Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency. Required Experience & Skills Background in Regulatory Affairs, Operations, or Administration within life sciences. Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medtech, or regulated environments. Strong recordkeeping, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities (Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis). Professional English and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a regulated, fast-paced setting. Experience supporting operational or compliance-driven environments. Technical Skills Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Familiarity with regulatory/business systems and reporting tools (experience with Power BI is a bonus). Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related. Experience with regulatory/business data in structured systems. Excellent detail orientation, organisational, and communication skills. Comfortable with process-driven work and international collaboration. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems. Global or regional regulatory operations experience. Exposure to product lifecycle management or regulatory change. Experience producing dashboards/reports (Excel or Power BI). Project or regulatory tracking experience. Working Arrangement Full-time, 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
