Verkada is looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to own our order lifecycle from purchase order to dispatch. You'll process and validate customer orders, act as the main point of contact for customer questions about their orders, manage returns, and support our logistics team to keep shipments on schedule. This role suits someone detail-oriented who works independently, handles a fast pace well, and brings solutions along with the problems they flag. What You'll Do

Order Management Process incoming orders and check that purchase order contents are accurate before they're released. Enter and maintain orders accurately in a high-volume environment. Monitor open orders, fix holds and discrepancies, and work with our warehouses to get orders dispatched on time. Work with Finance to resolve order issues. Customer Support Respond to customer questions about orders, shipments, returns, and delivery timelines by email, phone, and in person. Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on order and return status. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalations, working with internal teams to resolve them quickly. Record customer interactions and how they were resolved so the full team has context. Returns Processing Process incoming returns from customers and the warehouse, including receiving, categorizing, and starting the refurbishment process. Work with Finance to resolve returns issues. Logistics Support Schedule LTL freight carriers and prepare shipping documents such as BOLs and SLIs. Help the Global Operations and Supply Chain teams with inbound and outbound shipments and exceptions. Help meet daily shipping deadlines by shifting between workstreams as priorities change. Operations Support Take on other projects and tasks that support Verkada operations. What You Bring

2+ years of experience with order entry and email handling in a high-volume environment 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume support environment 1+ year of logistics coordination experience, including domestic LTL/freight scheduling and documentation (BOLs) Strong written and verbal communication skills (email and phone), including knowledge of professional email etiquette A customer-first mindset, with the patience and judgment to calm tense situations and see issues through to resolution A track record of managing a daily workload with about 90% autonomy, bringing proposed solutions when you raise problems The ability to keep your speed and accuracy steady as tasks get more complex Comfort with tech stacks (ERP, WMS, or logistics platforms) and investigating mismatches between system records and physical inventory Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset suited to a fast-paced startup Must pass a customer service assessment Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Experience with international shipping and Tax/VAT overrides Employee Benefits

Annual Pay Range At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
