• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to attain licensure

• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborative spirit, eager to work with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student growth
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and IEP team sessions
