Job Summary Our client, a technology company , is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner in San Diego, CA for a contract position of a minimum of 5+ months. The pay rate is $35 – $40 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Partner with managers on employee performance concerns, providing coaching, guidance, and best practices for performance management. Support Employee Relations, Employment Law, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR programs, policies, and performance initiatives. Serve as an escalation point for complex HR operations, including compensation inquiries, internal transfers, rehire eligibility, and employee support requests. Analyze HR data and prepare confidential reports on hiring, attrition, and workforce trends. Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to execute day‑to‑day HR initiatives, reporting, and special projects. Requirements Experience supporting HR programs including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and HR policy interpretation. Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and handling confidential information. Experience using HR systems or case management/CRM platforms to document and manage employee cases. Ability to analyze HR data, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast‑paced business environment.
