Job Description
We are seeking an Assembler for our location in Collegeville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical parts for aircrafts.
Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electrical parts for aircrafts.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other tools needed to perform job functions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required during assembly tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other employees.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Support team activities and help train other team members as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of small parts assembly experience.
• Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring devices, and other necessary tools.
• Capability to perform assembly work in a high-volume environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in assembly line and production settings.
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and tape measures.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, including soldering and wiring.
• Open to on-the-job training (OJT).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collegeville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
