What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
• A passion for creating a great place to work for your team.
• A customer service maniac who makes your customer's day.
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun.
• A vision for the perfect restaurant and the ability to bring it to life with your team.
• High standards for yourself and your people.
• Up for a challenge and excited about the restaurant business.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
