Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1) | Erlanger, KY, USA Sharp Brains Limited is a global IT services company delivering onsite IT support, End User Computing (EUC), Smart Hands, network deployment, and data center services across 100+ countries. We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1) to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky . Location: Erlanger, KY, USA Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities Provide onsite Level 1 desktop and end-user support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities. Support user account administration, including password resets and Active Directory tasks. Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required. Maintain accurate service tickets and technical documentation. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Computing (EUC). Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills. Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment.
