Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with patients using virtual platforms to evaluate their mental health needs and history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular counseling sessions to provide therapy, support, and coping strategies for trauma-related issues.

• Monitor and document patient progress in electronic health records, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers and medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Facilitate educational workshops and outreach programs focused on trauma coping mechanisms, engaging both patients and staff members.

• Stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling by completing continuing education courses required for maintaining your National Certified Counselor certification.

Your focus will be primarily on patients recovering from trauma injuries and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n
