As a Special Education Teacher in this full-time, onsite travel assignment, you’ll work directly with middle school students across a variety of disabilities for the upcoming school year, from August 26, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Special Education Teacher Certification (required)
• Experience teaching middle school students with various disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to commit to a full school year, FT, Monday-Friday (7.5 hours per day)
• Comfortable with both in-person and ZOOM interviewing formats

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with diverse special needs
• Develop and implement effective IEPs
• Work closely with general education staff, administration, and parents
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
