Senior Manager Ecommerce

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance and execution of DTC ecommerce. This is a hands‑on Shopify role, with full accountability for revenue, conversion and customer experience. What You’ll Own Performance and execution across both ecommerce brands — revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC and retention Shopify ecosystem including store configuration, apps and international structures Ecommerce operations Performance marketing channels — paid search, email and CRM, affiliate and retargeting CRO, mobile UX and site experience optimization across both brands SEO, GA4, GTM and ecommerce analytics governance Product launch planning, forecasting and demand tracking What We’re Looking For 5+ years managing DTC ecommerce for consumer brands Working knowledge of Shopify and its app ecosystem Strong on ecommerce operations including order management and fulfillment tools Experience with international ecommerce — localization, currencies, taxes and compliance Analytical, collaborative and comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
