Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose patients and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy to promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly track progress through assessments and feedback, ensuring adjustments are made to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide telehealth services for clients facing mobility challenges or those preferring remote access, ensuring delivery of high-quality care regardless of geographic limitations.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with adults and the child/adolescent population, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, traumatic experiences, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
