Youth Rehab Case Manager & Behavioral Counselor

The State of Delaware is looking for a Youth Rehabilitation Treatment Specialist to provide case management services for at-risk youth in residential settings. You will coordinate treatment plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, knowledge of case management, and experience working with youth. A valid Driver's License is required.
