Stepdown Unit Nurse Leader - Night Shift

VUMC

Vanderbilt Health in Clarksville is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (Clinical Staff Leader) for the Stepdown Unit on nights. The role oversees safe patient care delivery, provides leadership, supervises staff, and ensures policy adherence in a 21-bed telemetry unit with complex cardiac and medical needs.

You will partner with the Stepdown Manager/Director to sustain high-quality care, manage supplies, budget, and staff development while supporting ongoing education and performance evaluations to
