Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Winlock, Washington

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (state eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Ability to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or school setting preferred
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEPs
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students in reaching their social, communicative, and academic goals
