About the Position

Job Title: OR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Shift Schedule Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: Two (2) years operating room experience preferred License: RN License (Client ONLY) Certifications: - BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) - ACLS (Preferred) Must-Have: - Able to scrub and circulate - Telemetry experience is highly desired Description: The Operating Room cares for a wide variety of patients. Specialties include orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma. There are two robotic surgical systems used by multiple services. The transplant program involves liver, kidney, and heart transplants. Candidates should have strong surgical experience in specialty cases, craniotomy, and a solid orthopedic background. Experience working in a level 1 trauma hospital is highly desired.
