With no weekends and no call, your time outside of work will be just as fulfilling, whether you're hiking, kayaking, or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery. Location: Southeast Alaska

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract

Date Range: November start with ongoing rotation need (minimum 4-week rotations required)

Compensation: $15,000+ per month!

• $97.00 hourly rate
• $145.50 hourly overtime rate
• $145.50 hourly holiday rate (limited holidays apply)
• 2 paid travel days, paid 8 hours at the regular hourly rate (1 arrival, 1 departure)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• No Official Call – while rare, provider may occasionally assist with backup call in certain situations

Responsibilities:

• Patient Volume, Clinic: Averages 10-18 patients per day
• Staffing Mix: 3 Physicians, 1 additional APP, RNs, Administrative and Support Staff
• Low to moderate acuity primary and urgent care with intermittent emergency stabilization

Position Requirements:

• Active Alaska State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Board Certified
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
• ATLS preferred, not required
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
• Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
