Project Manager (Structural Engineering - Multifamily & Data Centers) Location: Pasadena - 91101 (On-site preferred; remote flexibility for experienced candidates) Schedule: Monday-Friday Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: Open / Competitive (starting at $90K - commensurate with experience) Overview: A nationally recognized structural engineering firm is seeking an Associate-level Project Manager to support large-scale multifamily and data center developments. The firm delivers structural design and construction support services on more than 70 new buildings annually, totaling over 20 million square feet and nearly $1B in construction value. Known for its expertise in tilt-up construction, the organization provides innovative solutions across commercial, institutional, and public sector projects. Responsibilities Lead structural engineering efforts for large-scale multifamily and data center projects Manage projects from design through construction administration Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and external agencies Serve as primary client contact for project-related communication Oversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery Support permitting processes and agency coordination Maintain quality control and technical accuracy across all deliverables Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; Structural Engineer (S.E.) license preferred Experience managing large-scale multifamily and/or data center projects Experience working on projects approaching or exceeding 1M square feet preferred Strong understanding of agency coordination and permitting processes Ability to manage long-duration, complex projects with multiple stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobs - PTS Advance
