Location: Plaquemine, LA 70764 (onsite)

Duration: Project / Turnaround Assignment

Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) – 24/7 Operations

Pay Rate - $21/hour on W2 - $25/hour on W2

About the Role

We are seeking high-energy Administrative Support professionals to work directly within turnaround execution teams at an industrial plant site. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment supporting 24/7 operations.

This is NOT a traditional office admin role – candidates must be comfortable working in a plant / trailer office environment during turnaround schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative and office support
• Manage high-volume email communications
• Assist with spreadsheet updates and reporting
• Print, organize, and distribute field documentation
• Support workforce tracking and documentation
• Maintain office supplies and administrative materials
• Assist operations team during intense turnaround schedules

Requirements

• Prior experience in refinery, chemical plant, construction, or industrial site environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)
• Strong initiative and ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced settings
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and document management
• Active TWIC card required

Preferred Experience

• Previous turnaround / shutdown support experience
• Experience working in plant trailer offices
• Industrial project administrative support
