Description Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2 employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply. Highlights/Qualified Candidates: Anesthesia Care Team Model of 9 General Anesthesiologists, 4 CV Anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs covering 20 sites of service on average. Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OB, General, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, GI and Pediatrics. Annual surgical volume 18,000 cases. 500 labor epidurals on average. Current schedule is 8/10/12 hour shifts. Post call day off. Weekday and weekend call shared equally. Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
