Associate Director, International Tax

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Director of International Tax to support U.S. international tax provision, compliance, and planning initiatives. The role involves managing complex international tax computations, Pillar Two modeling, and coordinating with senior tax leadership on strategic projects within a global medical technology company.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly forecasting and year-end provision computations for GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, and other international tax items
• Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance filings including Forms 8858, 5471, and related documentation
• Model international tax impacts of planning ideas and prospective tax law changes
• Manage company's APB 23 position and supporting documentation
• Coordinate non-U.S. income tax audits and respond to information document requests

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years international tax experience at Big 4 firms or similar multinational organizations
• Bachelor's degree required; accounting focus preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. international tax rules, Pillar 2, and ASC 740
• Proficiency with tax technology tools including Alteryx, Corptax, and Beacon
• Ability to research and interpret complex U.S. and non-U.S. tax regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with presentation experience
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent processes and build cross-functional relationships
