About The Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Talent Acquisition & Early Careers team on a part‑time basis. This fixed‑term position lasts until approximately the end of 2027, providing an opportunity to influence the recruitment landscape within a forward‑thinking, international organization. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and strengthening our employer brand. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and engage top talent across various target groups, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the company's growth ambitions. Qualifications Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on HR, business, or a related field. Several years of practical experience in operational recruiting across diverse target groups, with a strong understanding of modern recruiting methods and channels, including social media and active sourcing (particularly LinkedIn Recruiter). Proficiency with applicant management systems (ATS), ideally Workday. Excellent communication and advisory skills. Structured and proactive working style with high service orientation. Intercultural competence. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Keen interest in current recruiting trends and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and candidate‑friendly experience. Implement active sourcing techniques and targeted outreach to identify and attract suitable candidates. Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout all touchpoints of the recruitment journey. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop tailored recruiting strategies. Advise departments on market conditions and effective staffing approaches. Enhance employer branding through the management and continuous improvement of career portals and social media platforms. Utilize social media channels like LinkedIn to attract talent and promote the company's employer value proposition. Analyze recruitment data, optimize processes, and stay informed on market and industry trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.
