Business Systems Administrator

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Business Systems Administrator (Salesforce & Data Integration) in Allentown, NJ!


Are you a Salesforce Administrator who is ready to move beyond basic support and into the world of System Architecture? Our client, a leader in their industry, does not treat Salesforce as a siloed sales tool; they treat it as the central nervous system of their enterprise data strategy.


In this role, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Systems and take ownership of the technical health and integration of a sophisticated “Revenue Stack.” You will ensure data flows seamlessly from lead generation through contract execution, eventually feeding into a back-office ERP and executive-level BI dashboards.


Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Administration & Governance


Salesforce Architecture: Manage core CRM configurations, prioritizing high-performance Salesforce Flows and complex automated business logic.


Integrations & Data Flow: Act as the technical owner for the “handshakes” between the CRM, document automation tools, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.


System Integrity: Partner with leadership to implement strict version control, sandbox management, and data governance standards.


ERP Synergy: Support the technical sync between the CRM and the back-office ERP to ensure financial and operational accuracy.


2. Business Enablement & Strategy


Cross-Departmental Consulting: Act as the technical consultant for Sales and Marketing teams, translating operational “pain points” into scalable technical solutions.


Advanced Analytics: Build and maintain complex dashboards in Domo, providing a 360-degree view of the customer journey.


Document Automation: Optimize the PandaDoc environment to streamline the closing process while ensuring legal data “writes back” to the CRM accurately.


Salary is $90k-$100k/year. Schedule is Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm.4 (in-office)/1 (remote). One-day remote only available after employee is able to work independently from home without assistance from team.

Required Qualifications
-Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration.
-Tool Proficiency: Experience with (or a strong desire to master) PandaDoc and Domo (or similar BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI).
