Overview
Join our dynamic team at No Illusions Martial Arts as you become the welcoming face of our gym. This position is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for all our members and visitors while maintaining smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is organized and presentable.
- Handle membership registrations and payments accurately.
- Support instructors and staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Track inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience with children
- Knowledge of membership management software.
- Own laptop
