The Role We're looking for a sharp, experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing team and become a trusted voice in financial strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with business leaders, leveraging your command of PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel to drive forecasting accuracy, surface meaningful insights, and support sound financial decision-making at the highest levels. What You'll Do Collaborate with business leaders to build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Leverage PeopleSoft and Essbase to manage data, streamline processes, and produce reliable reporting Perform deep-dive analysis across revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify trends and opportunities Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership Drive process improvement initiatives that elevate the efficiency and quality of FP&A operations Support the month-end close cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting Keep current on industry trends and evolving best practices in financial planning Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team What You Bring Solid background in financial planning and analysis Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem‑solving instincts Clear, confident communication and presentation skills Comfort working both independently and collaboratively Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Familiarity with expense and revenue analysis Leadership experience is a plus Why Join Us We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, performance bonuses, and more.
