We’re seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join a respected leader in aircraft maintenance based in Fernandina Beach, FL . You’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service, reliability, and safety to a valued client base. Your expertise in maintaining piston and light turbine aircraft will play a key role in ensuring every aircraft meets the highest standards of airworthiness and performance. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piston and light turbine aircraft. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural discrepancies. Conduct annual, 100-hour, and progressive inspections per FAA regulations. Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records. Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure efficient and safe aircraft turnaround. Follow all FAA, company, and manufacturer maintenance standards and procedures. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining small general aviation aircraft (Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, etc.). Competitive hourly pay: $30–$40/hour (based on experience).
