A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not attained yet.

Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

Mastery of evidence-based methodologies for treating individuals across all age groups, with insights into both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
