Treasury Cash Accountant - Overview As Elevate's Accounting function continues to grow, we’re looking for a Treasury Cash Accountant responsible for managing daily cash activity, ensuring accurate and timely posting of cash transactions in NetSuite, and performing monthly bank reconciliations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate cash balances and supporting overall liquidity visibility across the organization. Responsibilities Record daily and weekly cash transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness Monitor bank accounts daily to ensure proper posting of incoming and outgoing cash activity Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all operating accounts Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner Assist in maintaining cash management schedules and reporting cash positions Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate cash forecasting inputs Transfer cash within bank accounts Support audit requests related to cash and bank activity Qualifications 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cash or treasury accounting Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Proficiency with NetSuite High attention to detail and accuracy Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations) Strong communication and problem-solving ability Work independently Position And Benefits Details Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance + FSA, HSA, and more 401k Employer Match after meeting eligibility requirements 14 Paid Holidays Unlimited PTO Paid Parental Leave Travel Requirements Very infrequent travel Physical Demands This position requires sitting for extended periods while using a computer or phone.
