Staff Accountant

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a standard cost environment Strong expertise in GAAP, month end closing processes, Balance sheet responsibilities and financial statement preparation Responsibilities Monthly reconciliation of the AP, AR subledgers to the GL Monthly reconciliation of bank statements to the cash accounts Post periodic payroll Journal entries Maintain the Fixed Asset accounts, and prepare monthly depreciation and amortization entries, perform annual close process Reconcile Credit card account monthly Prepare Roll Forward analysis schedules for major balance sheet accounts monthly Make accruals for other AP items and maintain schedules monthly Research, manage or assist in solving Finance process issues as needed Assist in Monthly financial report analysis, budgeting and forecasting #J-18808-Ljbffr Search Solution Group
