Sales Specialist

Overview The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics, monitoring accounts receivable, processing RMAs, handling sample requests, and creating invoices for certain accounts as needed, while resolving issues. What You'll Do Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers — answer questions and resolve issues. Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure products are shipped quickly and efficiently. Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung\'s credit department. Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system. Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns. Manage sample requests. Create, enter, and invoice customer orders through SAP. Prepare and provide reports to management. Location Daily onsite presence at our San Diego, CA office/headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy. Reports to Associate Manager, Sales Administration.
