Bancroft seeks a Sr Director, Total Rewards to lead benefits, compensation, HRIS, and performance management across the enterprise. You will partner with leadership to design programs that support people and business results. The role requires strategic direction on HR policies, contract negotiations with carriers, and oversight of self-insured plans and reference-based pricing.
