Outside Sales Representative – Hydraulic & Industrial Products Location: Houston, TX Employment Type: Full-time Job Category: Outside Sales What you’ll be doing Managing and growing an existing account base across the Houston industrial corridor Prospecting and developing new business with industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing customers Providing technical guidance on hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, and fluid transfer products Building relationships with plant maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams Identifying opportunities for MRO solutions and custom hose assembly programs Representing the company at customer sites with a consultative, solutions-focused approach What we’re looking for Experience in outside sales within industrial distribution, hydraulics, fluid power, or MRO Knowledge of hydraulic hose, fittings, couplings, or fluid transfer systems is a strong plus Proven ability to manage a territory, grow accounts, and consistently hit or exceed targets Comfortable calling on oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, and heavy industrial environments Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Why this role Established book of business to build from day one Competitive base salary plus commission Backing of one of the largest industrial distributors in the country Autonomy to run your territory your way #J-18808-Ljbffr Build People
