Location: Greenville, SC (Territory Based)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

A well-established CNC machine tool distributor is expanding its sales team and is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and grow business throughout North Carolina.

This is an opportunity to join an industry leader backed by one of the strongest technical support teams in the industry, including Applications Engineering, Automation, Service, and Inside Sales. What You'll Do

• Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing manufacturing customers throughout North Carolina.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for capital equipment opportunities.
• Prospect manufacturers, machine shops, aerospace, medical device, automotive, and other precision machining customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Coordinate machine demonstrations, customer visits, and technical presentations.
• Work closely with Applications Engineers and Automation Specialists to develop customer solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity.
• Achieve territory growth objectives through strategic account development.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of machine tool, industrial equipment, automation, or capital equipment sales experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, including milling and turning applications.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to manufacturing customers.
• Existing relationships within the North Carolina manufacturing market are highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent territory management and business development skills.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 75%).
