This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
