You’ll be: Coaching and advising leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership Partnering with leaders to develop and implement engagement and retention strategies Collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent Conducting employee relations investigations and supporting leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed Analyzing and reporting HR metrics, identifying trends, and supporting problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Possess a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience Demonstrate strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
