Location: Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance, Fort Worth, TX

Start Date: ASAP

End Date/Duration: Permanent, full-time position

Shift: 24-hour shifts (7.5 per month standard, minimum 5.5 shifts considered)

Hours/Week: Approximately 37.5 45 hours/week (based on shift schedule)

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Texas Medical License (Active or Eligible), Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Prior obstetric experience preferred

Pay: $135/hour (~$292,000 annually with full schedule)

What You'll Do

• Manage a busy obstetric service with approximately 1,924 deliveries annually, including vaginal and C-section deliveries
• Perform OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries in a Level II NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists on high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct OB ED consults, manage inpatient care, and oversee obstetric emergencies
• Assist in surgical procedures, including Cesarean sections
• Provide care for unassigned patients and support private call coverage
• Respond rapidly to labor and delivery emergencies and GYN emergencies on the OB floor

What You Need

• Active or eligible Texas Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 2 years obstetric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to start promptly and work flexible hours
