This role is built for a true hunter—someone who enjoys outbound activity, competitive targets, and turning opportunities into bound policies and financial solutions. This is a pure acquisition role. No management duties. No administrative focus. Success is measured by new business written, conversion rates, and revenue generated. This is a fully licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed must be willing to obtain licenses quickly with full agency training and support. Role Overview As an Acquisition Specialist, your mission is simple: bring in new clients and new revenue. You’ll actively pursue prospects, uncover insurance and financial needs, and deliver tailored solutions that protect clients while growing the agency.
