Ready to start building a professional career in business and sales?
J&R Consulting Group is expanding our Livonia-area team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Junior Account Executives .
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who are confident communicators, enjoy working with people, and want a career where they can develop real-world experience in sales, client relations, account management, and leadership .
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent our clients and their services in a professional, face-to-face environment
- Connect with prospective business customers and identify their needs
- Present service options and help customers select solutions that fit their business
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Learn sales, negotiation, account management, and client communication skills
- Work alongside experienced team members and management
- Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
