Radiology Supervisor - Full Time

Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality diagnostic services. Oversee staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and labor efficiency while maintaining regulatory, safety, and quality‑control compliance. Serve as a key resource for problem resolution and service excellence, promoting strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care. May be required to float to the other facility (Rancho Springs Hospital) within Southwest Health based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided. Qualifications Education High School graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology. Certifications/Licenses CRT license, Fluoroscopy permit Basic Life Support (BLS) ARDMS (Ultrasound only) ARRT – CT (Ultrasound not required) Experience Two years of supervisory experience in an acute care hospital imaging department preferred. Demonstrate competency in two or more imaging modalities (requirement does not apply to Ultrasound/Nuclear Medicine Clinical Supervisors).
