Read below for more information!Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workersEnsure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standardsMonitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished productsAddress production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirementsEnforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirementsCoordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiativesLead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environmentPrevious supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment requiredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgroundsKnowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standardsUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities
