Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation, focusing on product liability and class action matters, to join their Minneapolis, MN office. Candidates with defense-side catastrophic injury experience are highly preferred. Duties Engage in motion practice and discovery. Write briefs and prepare company witnesses for depositions. Take and defend depositions. Attend court appearances and interact with clients. Prepare for and participate in trial work. Requirements Substantial experience handling all phases of a case, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills. Interest in trial work; prior deposition experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Minnesota.
