Litigation Associate

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers a dynamic full‑time employment opportunity for a mid‑level Associate in the Litigation Practice of our Minneapolis office. The Minneapolis team specializes in corporate trust and structured products litigation, finance and financial services litigation, white collar crime and internal investigations, products liability and mass torts, environmental litigation, and appellate specialties. Clients range from large to small across the country, and the Associate will work on a variety of complex litigation matters. Job Requirements 3–5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience a plus. Excellent academic credentials and a keen attention to detail, with strong research and writing skills. Experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on sophisticated legal issues, including state and federal court motions. Familiarity with motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals. In good standing with the Minnesota Bar or admission as soon as practicable. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $285,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permissible by law.
