Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, including commercial real estate loan defaults and workouts. Duties Manage cases and draft pleadings and briefs. Conduct discovery and engage in oral advocacy. Collaborate within a collegial team environment. Requirements 4 to 6 years of litigation experience. Experience with commercial real estate loan defaults and workouts. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong academic credentials. Active bar license in Minnesota or ability to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license in Minnesota. Skills Strong writing and analytical skills.
