Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Business Litigation Associate Attorney in Minneapolis, MN. Travel to present cases before judges and juries. Conduct thorough legal research and writing. Handle legal disputes within the business litigation practice area. Prepare for court, interview witnesses, and review documents. Advocate at motion hearings and trials. Engage in business development activities. Support clients in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, and trial preparation. Proficiency in settling disputes through contract negotiations. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Education 4-year college degree. 3+ years of prior litigation experience. Must be licensed in MN; other states helpful. Certifications Bar license in MN. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
