On-Call Hospice RN: Urgent Care & Pain Management
Affinity Health Management
Affinity Health Management seeks an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse to respond to patient census and referrals during nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide urgent clinical and psychosocial interventions and collaborate with the hospice team to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities include after-hours assessments, pain and symptom management, documentation, and coordination with physicians.
