This role involves a wide range of tasks, including meal preparation, cooking, baking, pet care, light housekeeping, calendar management, and scheduling. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role and be willing to handle all listed responsibilities. We are looking to hire ASAP! Responsibilities: Household Management: Manage household documentation, paperwork, and record-keeping, including updating manuals and calendars Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel Maintain household inventories, order supplies, and pay bills Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organized, and efficient Run personal errands, manage deliveries, and assist with daily tasks Personal Assistance: Support the principal with day-to-day tasks, acting as a gatekeeper and problem solver Assist with reservations, appointments, scheduling, and home office organization Anticipate needs and provide logistical and lifestyle support Handle other ad hoc projects as they arise Meal Preparation: Grocery shopping at stores and farmers’ markets Cooking and occasional baking Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Perform dishwashing and table setting Organize and restock pantry supplies Provide minor housekeeping tasks twice weekly when the housekeeper is unavailable, such as tidying linens, fluffing pillows, flipping mattresses, managing laundry, and emptying trash Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Flexibility to work up to 6 weekends per year At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role Luxury hospitality experience preferred Proficiency with Apple products and tech-savviness Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and provide excellent references Comfortable with dogs and cats Compensation: Up to $100,000 DOE, with accrued PTO. Location: Full-time, in-person role, 5 days a week, standard business hours with some flexibility, Pebble Beach, CA.
