We are currently seeking Traveling Superintendents to join our upbeat and motivated Construction Team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for retail build-outs, and remodels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and project specifications.
• Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of work to meet aggressive project deadlines.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure work meets plans, specs, and client expectations.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and reports documenting project progress.
• Conduct site meetings and facilitate effective communication between field teams and project management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues in the field to keep the project on track.
• Travel to and remain on-site at project locations throughout the U.S., often for multiple weeks at a time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/retail construction.
• Proven track record managing multi-site retail rollouts or national brand projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with digital reporting tools and construction management software (e.g., Procore, or similar).
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.
